Navissi wants you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items because they're not quite right for you. For those times, here's what you can do.
Return for Refund or Store Credit
Returns must be sent within 20 days of delivery date. Your shipment must simply be postmarked within 20 days of delivery date, not be delivered to Navissi within 20 days. Click the START RETURN button above to begin the return process. Please ensure to meet conditions of return as outlined below. Orders returned for refund - when all items in an order are returned for refund - are subject to a $5.00 USD one-time restocking fee.
Return for Exchange
Returns must be sent within 20 days of delivery date. Your return shipment must simply be postmarked within 20 days of delivery date, not be delivered to Navissi within 20 days. You will need to place a New Order for desired sizes/fits, and return items as a normal return for refund.
Click the START RETURN button above to begin the return process. If you choose to wait for the funds prior to placing your New Order, please select Store Credit during the Returns Process. Once your return has been received at the warehouse, Store Credit in the form of an eGift card will be issued which can be used immediately on the purchase of your exchange items.
Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and any sanitary protection labels in place.
We do NOT accept items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, stained, washed, laundered, or damaged in any way. Please avoid getting makeup, deodorant, tanning cream, any bodily fluids, and other similar stains on items when trying on. Items received in such condition will be rejected and, disposed of or returned to the client. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment, and forfeit all claims. Please note that with Bodies, should either a returned Top/Bottom be rejected for reasons mentioned above, only the affected/rejected item will be disposed of or returned to the client. Its corresponding piece will be processed normally as a return.
You are advised to not remove your underwear when you first try on garments until you are certain that the fit and style are to your liking.
Individual return policies may apply on certain products, these will be outlined on product pages.
Navissi clothing holds a no warranty policy. Once tags are removed from an item, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur.
Sales and Clearance Items
Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more of full price are Final Sale only. Clearance and/or items marked as Final Sale on product page are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Goods
At Navissi clothing, we are committed to selling only first-quality, genuine designer fashions and accessories. To that end, all our products undergo several quality checks before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will make every attempt to replace it with the same or like item at no additional charge to you.
Returns from Canada must be shipped via FedEx. Returns from Canada shipped through commercial carriers other than FedEx - e.g. Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, TNT, DHL, etc. - will be refused.
All returned items should be declared as a "Return of US Merchandise" on the customs declaration; returned items that don't have this mention on their custom declaration will be rejected and returned to the sender by the carrier.
Please note for all international returns all shipping fees, customs and/or duties any other such fees are the responsibility of the client.

To make an Exchange for different style/size/fit item, please follow the steps below:
Write to us to our WhatsApp number and ask for the Return Format. Fill it and send it back to us with all the data fill.
Once your return is received, Store Credit will be issued to you so you may place a New Order for desired item(s).
Please note Shipping charges for returns to Navissi are the responsibility of the client. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Return for Refund packages must be post-marked no later than 20 days from delivery date. Navissi is not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit.
What to Expect after we receive your Return
You will be notified via email once your return has been received, and is found to be eligible for return.
Returns for Refund
Returns sent within 20 days of delivery date are eligible for refund. Returns for Refund are processed within 10 business days of receipt of returned item(s) and refunds are credited back to the original form of payment. Orders returned for refund shipped under the Free Standard Shipping promotion - when all items in an order are returned for refund - are subject to a $5.00 one-time restocking fee.
Returns received postmarked after 20 days of the delivery date, but within 30 days of delivery date will receive Store Credit only.
Returns for Store Credit
Returns for Store Credit are normally processed within 2 business days of item(s) receipt at our Returns Processing Centre.
If your initial purchase is subject to a Store Credit, the full amount (minus shipping fees) will be made available for your next purchase. If your future purchase is less than the existing store credit, the remaining store credit will be available for another future purchase. If your future purchase is more than the store credit, then credit card payment will be requested during order processing for the outstanding balance. Store Credit purchases are subject to shipping fees, and are not eligible for Free Shipping promotions.
