The instructions below apply to online orders that are sent to the United States of America.

IMPORTANT:

  • For the returns, the clothes should:
    • Be in perfect condition meaning: without alterations, without stains, without modifications in the sewing raves, unravel seams, or any modifications, without bites, without rips, cuts, or similar.
    • Having followed the instructions of care.
  • Maintain the clothing label and brand label.

Step 1: Pack the clothes and the order receipt that was with your product when you receive the package.

                You can reuse the original bag by removing the tickets from the bag.

                You don’t have the delivery receipt? Print the email of the 'order confirmation or the return form'. (You should ask us for it)

Step 2: To send the clothes to us with FedEx, you should inform us and we will generate the guide for the collect. Send the package to the address below. You have to assume the payment of the return shipping costs.

Step 3: We will receive the product in Medellín, Colombia, and check it. Be sure that everything is in perfect condition before send it to us. 

Step 4: After checking everything, we will give you a code (with a the amount of money you have on favor) and you can buy again in our web page. 

 * The times for the returns are 3 to 4 business days.
